The first time I performed on stage in P.S. 160's production of A Christmas Carol in 3rd grade, I knew this is where I belong. I have been following that love through acting classes as a teen, an B.A. in English and Drama minor at Howard University and my three years at The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute.
After leaving Strasberg, I began working as an actor in a variety of roles in theater and independent films. As I have worked steadily in indie films, I have fallen in love with classical theater especially Shakespeare.
I still dream of actually finishing my one-woman show and maybe even doing another one devoted to Sonnets. I have found what has best served me as an actor is to be real and have fun.
